Lymed Dog garments are individually tailored to each dog's measurements, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum effectiveness. These pressure garments have been extensively studied and proven to have a positive impact on dog behavior. By applying medically calculated pressure to specific areas of the body, Lymed Dog garments can be used to calm dogs, treat sound sensitivity, fears, anxieties, hyperactivity, and even improve concentration capabilities in working dogs.
What sets Lymed Dog apart from other canine pressure garments is its unique combination of medical expertise, textile know-how, and visual design. The manufacturing process involves calculating the physical pressure exerted on the garment, taking into account the properties of the textile and the dog's individual measurements. The result is a breathable and soft garment that retains pressure exceptionally well, providing dogs with the comfort and support they need.
Developed in Tampere, Finland, Lymed Dog garments have been in development since 2011 and were finalized for sales in late 2015. Throughout the design process, the well-being of dogs has been a top priority. Extensive research, including studies conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Helsinki, has been undertaken to ensure the effectiveness and safety of Lymed Dog garments.
Lymed Dog has received widespread recognition for its innovative design. In 2016, it was awarded the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the Pet Care, Toys, Supplies, and Products for Animals category. This award recognizes the outstanding expertise and innovation demonstrated by Lymed Dog, highlighting its technical characteristics, artistic skill, and overall excellence.
With Lymed Dog, dogs around the world can now benefit from the therapeutic effects of pressure garments designed specifically for their needs. Whether it's improving their well-being, enhancing their performance, or simply providing comfort, Lymed Dog is revolutionizing the way we care for our canine companions.
